  • 1. purchase

    When you find an item you like in the store, click "Add to Cart" to add it to your shopping cart.

    You cannot purchase "pre-order items" and "regular items" in the shopping cart at the same time. Also, even if they are "pre-order items", they cannot be purchased at the same time if they have different "product release dates". Please place separate orders.

    Please check the contents of your shopping cart and click the "Proceed to Purchase" button to proceed to the order information registration.

    Proceed to the purchase procedure

    If you are a first-time user, you need to register as a member (free of charge). To register, please enter your name, e-mail address, gender, date of birth and password. After registering, you will be able to log in with your registered e-mail address and password.

    • *Shipping charges are not included in the price in the cart.
    • *Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and presented to you after you register your shipping address.
    • *The number of products is limited and will be discontinued while supplies last.
    • *Permits, regulations, and customs rules regarding the purchase of merchandise vary by country/region. Please make sure to check by yourself before purchasing. Please note that cancellations due to these reasons will not be accepted.
    • *DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, video games, and some DVD-Audio products are region-coded according to the region in which they are sold. The region code is set on both the player and the software, and the software cannot be played unless both of them have the same target code. Please check the type of player you have and the type of DVD or Blu-ray Disc you are purchasing below before purchasing the product. In Japan, the region code is set to 2 for DVDs and A for Blu-ray discs.
  • Order Information Registration

    Please enter the order information (name, address, contact information, and phone number) required for product shipment.

    • *For shipments outside of Japan, please be sure to register the information using one-byte alphanumeric characters. Otherwise, we may not be able to ship your order.
    • *We will send you an "Order Completion E-mail" and "Payment Completion E-mail" to the e-mail address you entered, so please make sure you have set your spam mail settings so that you can receive "bmsg-music-shop.com" and "support-user.com". Please contact your cell phone company or the manufacturer of your email software for more details about your contract and settings.
  • 3. Shipping Method Selection

    Ordered items will be shipped directly from Japan to the customer. Available shipping services and rates will be displayed based on the items in your cart and your registered shipping address. For shipments within Japan, Yamato Transport will be used, and Express Courier (Air) DHL will be used for shipments to countries and regions outside of Japan.

    • *Please check the scheduled shipping start date on each item's detail page at the time of purchase.
    • *Some products may not be able to be shipped to certain countries and regions. In such cases, we will notify you on the shipping method selection screen based on your registered address after you register your order information. In addition, we may cancel your order even after it has been placed if delivery is difficult due to shipping carriers or other reasons, including global conditions.
  • 4. Payment

    This SHOP accepts multiple payment methods.

    • For delivery in Japan:
      Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, convenience store payments, PayPay, LINE Pay, Alipay, WechatPay, Grab Pay
    • For shipments to countries and regions outside Japan:

    • *Please contact your credit card company or payment service for the date of debit.
    • *If you wish to register a billing address different from your delivery address, you may do so.
    • *You can register your payment information on our website. Once registered, you will not need to register your information again the next time you place an order.
  • 5. Confirmation of purchased items

    You can confirm your purchase in the following ways

    Confirmation by order confirmation e-mail

    After purchasing an item, an "Order Confirmation E-mail" will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. You can confirm your order by clicking the "View Order" link in the e-mail.

    • *Please make sure that you have set your spam mail settings as described in section "2.
    • *Please note that this site is not able to check your membership information, reservation/purchase history of related products, or delivery status.

    Confirmation on My Page

    If you have registered as a member and made a purchase with that account, you can check the status of your order from your order history on "My Page". Please log in from the menu and check your order status on My Page.

    • *Please note that items purchased before registering as a member will not be displayed in your order history.
  • 6. cancellations, returns and exchanges

    Please note that we basically do not accept returns or cancellations by the customer after an order has been placed. If the product is initially defective or damaged, we will exchange it for a new product if you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please note that we will pay for the return shipping costs due to initial defects or damage.

    In addition, we do not offer reshipment in the event that an order is returned due to the customer's relocation, missing delivery address due to an address entry error, long-term absence, or non-payment of duties and taxes, including customs duties. Orders will be cancelled in accordance with our Terms of Use.
    Shipping charges (including duties and taxes), handling fees, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted and refunded to the payment method used.
    We will inform you of the refund details by e-mail at the time of order cancellation.

    • *The sizes listed are basically the measurements placed on a flat surface, and may have slight variations.
    • *The color, texture, etc. may appear different from the actual product depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing.
