*Due to the enforcement of the "Partial Amendment Act on the My Number Act, etc.", the handling of health insurance cards as identity verification documents will be invalidated.
*Documents other than those listed above, such as bankbooks, medical certificates, bills, various types of membership cards, and various types of postal mail, will not be treated as "identity verification documents" even if your name is printed on them.
*Credit card and cash card combinations are not treated as "two types".
If you do not have any of these, or if (1) the application information at the time of purchase and (2) the contents of the identification document (name, address, photo, etc.) do not match, you will be refused participation in the event regardless of the reason.
In this case, we cannot cancel or return your order.
Please also note that we will not compensate you for any expenses related to participating in the special event.
The purpose is not to check the shipping address, but to confirm the identity of the person making the purchase and the person participating. Even if you are currently living overseas, you can confirm your identity as long as you have an ID with a photo (e.g. passport) on hand, even if you have set up your CD pickup address to be in Japan.
■ Regarding identity verification
The manipulation of the identity verification documents required for the identity verification conducted this time, the forgery of identity verification documents, the use of forged identity verification documents, and the lending and borrowing of identity verification documents will not be permitted.
In either case, we will refuse your participation and will prohibit you from participating in any future STARGLOW-related events.
* Screen recording, audio recording, and taking screenshots are strictly prohibited. (If detected by the app's functionality, communication will be immediately cut off and you will be refused participation in future events.)
*If any act that violates public order or morals or inappropriate demands on members is found, the event will be forcibly terminated at the discretion of the staff.
*Resale, copying, and forgery of winning rights are strictly prohibited. Winning rights obtained through resale such as internet auctions will be invalidated.
*Personal information received when applying for this event will be used for the purpose of providing event information and other administrative processing, and will not be used for any other purpose. ■About prohibited acts
If a winner engages in an act that falls under the "prohibited matters" below, the Company may cancel the online event, and the purchaser shall not object to the Company's decision.
If you violate any of the "prohibited matters" below, or if the organizer determines that you are unsuitable for participating in the event, we may refuse your participation in the event or any future applications.
- Resale of participation rights (including but not limited to internet auctions, flea markets, etc.), transfer, lending, etc.
・Harassment, slander, slander, intimidation, etc. towards the artist. Also, please refrain from asking unusual questions that go beyond common sense at the event.
